Q: How is the case waterproof? A: The case uses our unique patented technology in a simplified design that keeps water out.
Q: How deep can this case go in the water? A: The case can go down to 3.3 feet (1 meter) deep underwater for continuous submersion or to 6.6 feet (2 meters) for up to 30 minutes.
Q: Can I keep my screen protector on and still install the waterproof case? A: No, this case is designed to fit the bare device perfectly, any extra material will affect its functionality and the user experience of the case. So be sure to remove any skin or screen protectors from the device before installing the case.
Q: The person on the other side cannot hear me very well. What can I do? A: Follow the steps in the manual to reinstall the case. If the problem persists, be sure to check the microphone area to make sure no water droplets or debris are blocking the waterproof membrane on the port.
Q: Will the touchscreen feel a little less sensitive? A: The premium protection this case provides for your screen from water, dust, droplets, and snow does take time to get used to. Please make sure to remove any extra screen protector from your device before installing the case, and squeeze the air out of the case before closing the charging port cover to enhance the experience.
Q: Will the case still protect my device if there is some damage? A: Due to possible variations in types and extent of damages, we cannot guarantee the case is in proper working condition for all types of damage. However, you can always verify by conducting a water test. As for impact protection, as long as all parts of the case are still able to stay intact, then your device should still have protection against impact from drops. Prompt replacement is recommended after any damages.
Q: How do I charge my device in this case? A: You can access the charging port by using your finger to open the port cover on the bottom side of the case. NOTE: While the port cover is open, the case is no longer waterproof. Once you finish using the ports, please securely place the port cover back into place again to enable waterproof protection.
Q: Will the photo or video quality be affected by the case? A: No, the photo and video quality will not be affected by the case.
Q: Will the sound quality be affected by the case? A: Because of the materials used, the sound quality will not be affected by the case.
Q: Can the case protect against drops & impact? A: Yes, the shock-absorbent Thermoplastic Silicone Vulcanize and impact-resistant Polycarbonate materials protect your device from drops and impact. This case has passed the MIL-STD-810F Military Specification Drop Test, which is the highest level of durability testing based on military requirements. NOTE: Please do not use a damaged case to protect your device.
Q: Is my screen protected by this case? A: Yes, the sides of the case surrounding the screen are designed to be slightly elevated in order to protect the screen from impact. Also, the built-in screen protector on the case protects against scratches, and, unlike common PET screen protectors, can shield the screen from minor impacts resulting from daily objects such as car keys, utensils, loose change, etc.
Q: Is there a lanyard hole for the case? A: Yes, the lanyard hole is located near the charging port on the bottom of the case. You may strap on a lanyard (included) for additional security.
Q: I noticed water under the latches of my case when I opened it up. Is this normal? A: Yes, this is normal. Some water may be found under the latches. Dry the water completely before charging and/or opening up the case. If you see water underneath the rubber covers, remove the case and contact our customer service team.
Q: If I open the latches or rubber covers daily, will they wear out over time? A: The case has gone through vigorous testing prior to and during development to ensure that the latches and rubber covers will not wear out. In order to simulate normal use, all parts have been tested over 1,000 times without incidental damage or tearing.

Return & Refund
Return Policy Need to return something? No problem! We hope you love your SPORTLINK gear. If that's not the case, we can help you to make a return on any valid items. All you need is your order number and the email address associated with your order to get started.
Valid items can be returned for free within 30 days of the ship date of your order. Returned products will only be accepted if they are in unused condition with the original packaging intact. We cannot guarantee that your item will be accepted as a valid return if it does not meet these requirements. If your item is not accepted as a valid return you may not receive your refund.
*Used items or items that no longer have their original packaging intact are not valid for return and will not be accepted.
Refund Policy The original shipping fee of an order is non-refundable, except in cases where we made a shipping error. We never charge any restocking fees for your return. Your refund will cover the value of the returned item(s) at the time of purchase, minus any discounts that were applied to your order. Your refund will be issued to the original method of payment once your returned items have been received, processed, and restocked at our warehouses. We cannot issue a refund for a returned item to any payment method besides the original payment method used to place the order.
International Return Policy We support international returns! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, don't worry! We can help you return your item(s) for a refund (excluding shipping costs) as long as the item is in unused condition and the original packaging is intact. However, we are not able to cover return shipping fees for packages that are returned to us.
