Shipping policy

Our goal is to offer you the best customer service, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to many customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Q: What shipping methods are offered?
A: We offer free standard shipping for orders over $25 in most countries! And we'll ship your goods by air express courier. The choice of courier varies according to the country. We deliver globally and use several major international air express couriers, including international air parcels, UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT, and EMS.

Please note:
1) Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes, remote areas, and APO/FPO addresses. Please verify you got the correct shipping address on your order PRIOR to making payment.
2) Our shipping time frames depend on where you are located. All orders are processed within 1 business day. If you place an order on Friday it will most likely not be processed until the following Monday. Keep this in mind if you are selecting the express shipping option. 
3) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses, custom clearance issues, and the ongoing impact of COVID-19. If there is any shipping issue with your package, please contact our Customer Service team at cs@sportlinkcase.com.

Q: When do I get my shipping confirmation?
A: Orders are usually processed within 1 business day. Keep in mind if you placed your order on a Friday it may not be processed until the following Monday. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched! 
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation yet, please check your spam/junk folder for an email from Sportlink. Although unlikely, it's also possible you may have entered your email address incorrectly. 
If you have checked all of the above and still don't have a shipping confirmation please Email us directly at cs@sportlinkcase.com.

Q: When will my order be delivered?
A: Our shipping time frames depend on where you are located and the shipping method you choose at checkout. All orders are processed within 1 business day. We're working as hard as we can to get all orders shipped out ASAP - please bear with us!
The day that your order is dispatched is 'Day 0', and it should then arrive within the business-day timeframe provided for your chosen shipping option at checkout.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: The easiest way to track your order is by clicking the "Track Your Order" button on the shipping confirmation email you will have received if your order has already shipped.

Please note that the tracking details can take up to 48 hours to activate after dispatch - your order is probably already on its way but the systems sometimes take a little longer to catch up! 

If you can't find the confirmation email, you can also find your tracking information by logging into your SPORTLINK account to check your order, you will find the tracking link below the product information on the order's page.

About Customs & Tax
Some countries have import taxes, customs duties, and other fees. These will need to be paid for by you. These policies vary from country to country, so we strongly suggest you contact your local customs office for more information in advance. Please note, that the customs clearance procedures may also add to the delivery time.

 

Receiving Your Delivery
1. Couriers require a signature from the recipient for delivery, and this is a fast and secure way to have your products delivered.
2. It is essential you provide a full, accurate shipping address, and a valid delivery phone number. 
3. If you believe your package is missing items, includes incorrect items, or has been damaged or tampered with in any way, it is essential that you communicate this clearly to the courier company's delivery driver at the time of delivery. If you accept delivery and sign for the goods it is much more difficult to pursue a claim later.

 

Worldwide Shipping And Legality
1. We offer to ship worldwide to almost all locations on the planet. (We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders at our discretion, for example where shipping to a remote area is not feasible for any reason.)
2. Please note that you are responsible for finding out in advance about the legality of importing your ordered items in your country - and the legalities of importing goods into your country. We are not responsible for confiscated items by your local authorities or any associated costs incurred.
