SPORTLINK WARRANTY Nothing makes your devices indestructible, but that doesn’t stop us from trying. To keep your devices as safe as possible, we create products that we have faith will seriously perform. That’s why all of our products come with a serious warranty.
All products sold by www.sportlinkcase.com are backed by a 90-day limited warranty from the date of purchase with valid proof of purchase. This warranty only covers Sportlink products - it does not cover any non-Sportlink product or device.
This warranty relates to defects in material or workmanship. It does not cover any problem or damage to an item that is caused by or originates from: Installation/application failures Daily wear-and-tear Drops and falls Liquid damage Intentional modifications Items not manufactured by us Items not sold by us Misuse or mishandling of the product Theft or loss of the product * Please note that the natural yellowing of clear cases over time is classified as daily wear-and-tear and not a material defect.
This warranty applies to all products purchased directly from sportlinkcase.com. If you purchased your product from one of our authorized retailers, please contact them directly for any warranty-related claims.
Please check the quality of the items when they arrive and contact us immediately if you have any concerns. If your product was gifted to you, please note that you will need the original order number for any warranty claims so that we can process your request. Promotional items (those sent to you for the purpose of carrying out reviews, videos, etc.) are not covered by this warranty.
Sportlink reserves the right at any time, at its sole discretion, without liability to you or any third party, to modify, suspend or terminate this warranty.
IMPORTANT NOTICE Though all Sportlink products are tested to meet stated claims, your device may still be damaged. It is your responsibility to take reasonable precautions regarding how you use your device. Expose your device to hazards at your own risk. Make sure you understand and agree that Sportlink has no liability for any damage or destruction to consumer electronics devices or other personal property that are contained inside or outside the Sportlink products, including, without limitation, laptops, cellular phones, or other handheld devices, or any loss of data contained in the foregoing devices. DO NOT USE A DAMAGED SPORTLINK PRODUCT FOR PROTECTION!
SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY If manufacturing, material, or workmanship defect arises regarding any Product, and a valid claim is received in the applicable Warranty Period, Sportlink will replace the product with a new product.
For purposes of this Limited Warranty, replace the Product with a Product that is the same or of a similar style to the Product customer returned to Sportlink under this Limited Warranty or a substitute equivalent to the customer’s original purchased Product that may not be of like kind (depending on availability).
Sportlink will make every effort to replace Products or discontinued products but cannot guarantee their availability for replacement. Any Products or discontinued products still under its applicable warranty that cannot be replaced with an identical product will be replaced with the equivalent model based on availability.
Replacement with the same color cannot be guaranteed. In the event of a defect, these are the customer’s sole and exclusive remedies. This Limited Warranty is extended only to the original end-use customer, and will not be extended to any other person or transferee.
WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS To submit a warranty claim, please email us at email@example.com. Any warranty claims must be made by the customer no later than the applicable Warranty Period. We may ask you to send us a photograph of your Product to validate the claim and, in some cases, we may ask that you return the product for inspection. Sportlink reserves the right to charge a shipping and handling fee in connection with the evaluation and fulfillment of any warranty claim.
Does Sportlink Waterproof Case Work with Wireless Charging?
Sportlink waterproof case is compatible with Qi wireless charging, and we specially make another Waterproof Magsafe Case that will work with the MagSafe ecosystem of accessories!

Return & Refund
Return Policy Need to return something? No problem! We hope you love your SPORTLINK gear. If that's not the case, we can help you to make a return on any valid items. All you need is your order number and the email address associated with your order to get started.
Valid items can be returned for free within 30 days of the ship date of your order. Returned products will only be accepted if they are in unused condition with the original packaging intact. We cannot guarantee that your item will be accepted as a valid return if it does not meet these requirements. If your item is not accepted as a valid return you may not receive your refund.
*Used items or items that no longer have their original packaging intact are not valid for return and will not be accepted.
Refund Policy The original shipping fee of an order is non-refundable, except in cases where we made a shipping error. We never charge any restocking fees for your return. Your refund will cover the value of the returned item(s) at the time of purchase, minus any discounts that were applied to your order. Your refund will be issued to the original method of payment once your returned items have been received, processed, and restocked at our warehouses. We cannot issue a refund for a returned item to any payment method besides the original payment method used to place the order.
International Return Policy We support international returns! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, don't worry! We can help you return your item(s) for a refund (excluding shipping costs) as long as the item is in unused condition and the original packaging is intact. However, we are not able to cover return shipping fees for packages that are returned to us.
