All Sportlink products are rigorously tested to meet stated claims, including IP68 and MIL-STD-810G where applicable. However, your device can still be damaged. It is your responsibility to take reasonable precautions regarding how you use your device. Expose your device to hazards at your own risk. The Sportlink product warranty covers only the Sportlink product — it does not cover any non-Sportlink product or device, and does not provide warranty protection in all circumstances.

Warranty Period
All products sold by www.sportlinkcase.com are backed by a 90-day limited warranty from the date of purchase with valid proof of purchase. This warranty only covers Sportlink products — it does not cover any non-Sportlink products or devices.
What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship, including but not limited to:
• Cracks or breakage of the case body
• Button failure or separation
• Detachment of layers or adhesive failure
• Excessive yellowing of clear cases within the first 3 months
What This Warranty Does NOT Cover
This warranty does not cover damage or issues caused by or originating from:

Normal daily wear and tear (including minor scratches, scuffs, or natural yellowing of clear cases after 3 months)

Intentional modification, disassembly, or misuse

Theft, loss, or intentional destruction

Products not purchased directly from Sportlink or authorized retailers

Use of the product with non-Sportlink accessories
Special note on drops, falls, and liquid exposure: Even though our products may carry IP68 and/or MIL-STD-810G certifications, these certifications are obtained under laboratory conditions. Real-world conditions may produce different results.
Under no circumstances does this warranty cover:

Damage to any electronic device (smartphone, tablet, or other handheld device) or loss of data contained therein, regardless of whether the product had IP68 or MIL-STD-810G certification

Liquid damage of any kind

Damage resulting from drops, falls, or impacts
If a product fails to perform as advertised under normal use conditions, that may be considered a manufacturing defect and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. However, no case can prevent all damage in all scenarios.
Your Device
Though all Sportlink products are tested to meet stated claims, your device may still be damaged under certain conditions. Sportlink has no liability for damage to or destruction of any consumer electronic device (including but not limited to smartphones, laptops, or tablets) or loss of data contained therein. It is your responsibility to use reasonable precautions and, where appropriate, carry device insurance.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Sportlink be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use any Sportlink product, even if Sportlink has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies regardless of whether the product has IP68, MIL-STD-810G, or any other certification.
Sole and Exclusive Remedy
If a valid defect claim is received within the warranty period, Sportlink will replace the defective product with:

The same product (if available), or
-
A similar style or equivalent model (if the original is discontinued)
Color availability: We will make every effort to replace with the same color. If that color is unavailable, we will contact you to confirm an alternative before shipping.
This warranty is extended only to the original end-use customer and is non-transferable.
This is your sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty. It applies only to the Sportlink product itself and not to any device contained therein.
Warranty Claim Process
To submit a claim, email us at cs@sportlinkcase.com with:
• Your order number
• Photo or short video showing the defect
• Brief description of the issue
Shipping cost:
• If the claim is approved as a valid defect, Sportlink will cover all shipping costs to send you the replacement.
• If no defect is found, we will notify you and offer to return the product to you at your expense.
Gifts and Promotional Items
If the product was a gift, you may provide the original purchaser‘s order number or email address. If that is not available, we may accept a photo of the product with its packaging as proof and offer a one-time replacement at our discretion.
Promotional items (sent for reviews, social media, etc.) are not covered by this warranty.
Changes to This Warranty
This warranty applies to your product based on the policy in effect at the time of purchase. Any future changes to this warranty will apply only to products purchased after the effective date of such changes. We will never retroactively reduce warranty coverage on products you have already bought.
